Generating leads on Twitter

Many of my clients aren't sure how Twitter can help their marketing efforts. Compared to Facebook, Twitter is excellent for networking and lead generation. Here are some tips to help you get started.

1. Survey your followers Maybe you want to know how to better serve your clients. Ask them casually.
2. Offer solutions Chances are you provide a service that meets your followers's needs. Promote that.
3. Educate As an expert in your field, share something your followers would find interesting and learn from.
4. Promote your blog or website Twitter is a great place to share links! When you post an update on your website, share it!
5. Repeat Yep. You can't just do this once and consider it done. Networking relationships need time and care.
